30-Day Standard Return Policy & Free Return
Our return policy allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- Condition of the Item: The product must be undamaged and returned in like-new condition, including all original accessories, tags, and packaging. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing essential components may not be eligible for a return.

- Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of your refund request’s status. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty Claim Policy
XYZtech’s power bank products are covered by our standard one-year warranty for quality-related defects. This warranty applies to items purchased directly from XYZtech or from our authorized resellers and is valid only in the country of purchase. Warranty coverage does not extend to products taken outside their original country or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.
Warranty Coverage & Resolution Options

Coverage:
All quality-related defects reported within the warranty period are eligible for claim. -
Resolution Options:

Replacement: We will replace the defective item with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available, or a new item if not.

Refund: If a replacement is not available or preferred, XYZtech may offer a partial refund based on the device’s usage time.

Replacement Warranty:
The replacement product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period, or three months from the replacement date—whichever is longer. -
Note:
Warranty claims are not applicable if the product has already been fully refunded.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Provide Proof of Purchase:

Acceptable documentation includes:

Order number from online purchases through XYZtech or authorized resellers

Sales invoice

Dated sales receipt from an authorized XYZtech reseller (showing product description and price)

In some cases, additional documentation (e.g., money transfer receipt, shipping confirmation) may be required.

Document Troubleshooting:

XYZtech will record the troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer.

Submit Defect Evidence:

Include the defective item’s serial number and/or clear images or other evidence of the defect.

Return of Defective Item:

If required, the defective product must be returned for quality inspection. Failure to return the correct item, or not returning the defective item, will void the warranty claim.

Claim Validity

Timeframe:
Warranty claims for product defects must be initiated within the original one-year warranty period. In addition, once a warranty claim is opened, it must be completed within 90 days. Claims submitted after either period will not be processed.
Shipping Costs

XYZtech Covers Shipping:
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by XYZtech for quality-related defects, we assume responsibility for any damage or loss in transit. -
Buyer Covers Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:-
Returns for reasons other than a proven defect

Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

Accidental returns or personal items

Items claimed to have defects that are later confirmed to be in working condition

Returns made via unauthorized channels

Exclusions & Limitations
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Products lacking sufficient proof of purchase

Lost or stolen products

Items that have exceeded the warranty period or the 90-day warranty claim window

Non quality-related issues reported after 30 days of purchase

Free products or those repaired by third parties

Damage from external sources, misuse (including drops, exposure to extreme temperatures or water, or improper operation)

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
